30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Certain items like personal-use products, hygiene items, or custom-made goods may not be eligible for return.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A photo or video showing the issue

  • Your order number

We will solve the issue quickly—usually within 24 hours.


Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the product.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (damaged/defective/wrong item).

  • We do not accept packages returned without prior approval.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

  3. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist you


Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts

  • Digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or wrong.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
